Before You Book
BOOKING & PAYMENTS
• After approval, a non-refundable retainer secures your date and counts toward your balance.
• Headshot retainers: Professional Essentials $37.50 / Executive Experience $62.50 (50%).
• Portrait retainers: Essentials $50 / Classic $75 / Signature $100.
• Your remaining session balance is due before the session begins.
CREATIVE DIRECTION
• Bring a concept or references; creative collaboration is included.
• Original concepts cost $150, paid separately after approval and before planning.
• Includes concept development, research, a mood board, and one revision.
STUDIO & LOCATION
• Clients cover studio, location, props, wardrobe, travel, and production costs.
• Confirm locations with me before reserving; recommendations are available.
• Travel outside metro Detroit and large commercial productions require custom quotes.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
• Give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule.
• One free reschedule within 30 days, subject to availability; your retainer transfers.
• Further reschedules may require a new retainer.
• Cancellations and no-shows forfeit the retainer.
• Lateness reduces session time; arrivals over 20 minutes late may be cancelled.
EDITING & DELIVERY
• Unedited JPEG galleries arrive within 24 hours for portraits and 48 hours for events.
• Galleries include usable images only, excluding test shots, duplicates, and unusable frames.
• Choose retouching images within 48 hours; late selections delay editing.
• Final edits arrive 7–14 days after selections; composites may take longer.
• Larger commercial projects have delivery timelines agreed before booking.
• Extra edits, rush delivery, and extensive revisions cost extra; RAWs require approval to buy.
SESSION EXPECTATIONS
• Arrive prepared; discuss requests and approve your concept before the session.
• Images follow my artistic style; preference changes or new concepts require paid reshoots.
Photographer errors will be addressed appropriately.
